If you are you planning a formal exit, how will your guests be sending you off? (If you are planning to stay longer than photography coverage and you want exit photos done, we can set this up in the middle of the reception for you.)
*
Suggestion from Alex: If your exit takes place after dark, it's recommended that sparklers or lanterns play at least some role in the exit as a light source. =)
Do you want photos of the Ceremony or Reception Venue details before the guests arrive?

Will the Bride and Groom be doing a first look?

Location?
If you are doing a first look, are you wanting to do all bridal party portraits immediately after the first look, before the ceremony?
If you are not doing a first look, what time do you want to leave your ceremony location to take full bridal party photos? (Bridesmaids with bride and groomsmen with groom usually done before ceremony)
Do you have a preference if the guys get their photos taken before the gals or vice versa? (We recommend guys go last so the bride can be hidden if running late and guests arrive early)
*
We will usually end all photos a half hour before the ceremony begins. Would you like the photos to end any earlier and if so, at what time would you like pre-ceremony photos completed?
*
We recommend having all the rings at one of the prep. Locations, so we can get photos of them during that time. Where will they be the morning of the wedding?
*
Do you have any spots in mind for taking photos? We have a good knowledge of areas that work well for photos so if you don’t have anywhere specific in mind, we will scout out some incredible places for you. If you have a location TYPE in mind (ex: beach, winery, orchard, nature, city, etc.) let us know and we will find something awesome!
*
Sunset Portrait Time: Bride and Groom only (If Timeline Permits)
Suggestion from Alex: I usually like to pull the Bride and Groom away for some romantic private photos during the time the sun sets. This gives them some quality alone time, plus the light is beyond perfect during this time

If you plan on doing a first look before the Ceremony starts, would you like all family photos completed before the ceremony as well?
Yes, I will have all of our families ready for photos two hours before the ceremony starts
No, please take all of the family photos immediately after the ceremony
I want to do immediate Family Pictures beforehand and then Family pictures with the grandparents after the ceremony
Which family group photos would you like to be take? (please allow 5-7 minutes for each shot)
*
Bride & Groom with Bride’s Parents
Bride & Groom with Bride’s Immediate Family (parents + siblings)
Bride & Groom with Bride’s Grandparents (Mom’s Side)
Bride & Groom with Bride’s Grandparents (Dad’s Side)
Bride & Groom with Groom’s Parents
Bride & Groom with Groom’s Immediate Family (parents + siblings)
Bride & Groom with Groom’s Grandparents (Mom’s Side)
Bride & Groom with Groom’s Grandparents (Dad’s Side)
If there are additional family group photos that you would like, please list them here with corresponding name(s). (Ex: Bride and Groom with sister, Sarah) *Please allow 5 minutes for each additional shot.
In order to ensure that the group family portraits go as smoothly as possible we require at least ONE (1) “wedding wrangler” to assist the photographer in identifying, corralling, and making sure people are in the correct group picture. - This person CANNOT be you or your immediate family because they will be in a majority of pictures. They should be outgoing and have knowledge of who is in each group picture. It often works well if one person from each side of family are designated “wedding wranglers”. Please name wedding wranglers here.
